Godspeed Iran!
The green opposition movement of Iran is preparing itself for a massive show of force on Wednesday 4th of November which coincides with the capture of the American Embassy exactly 30 years ago.
Today the strong and the brave take a stand for freedom. Far from our shores, nestled in the mountain villages and across Iran’s Central Plateau, one of the world’s great cultures is restless and suffering. The people of Iran, among the most giving and historically significant on our planet, are battling for their freedom from oppression. They are in the streets, many dressed in green as evidence of their support for ending the oppression that has befallen them
To those who stood up for their country, all of them brave souls, of stout heart and clear conscience, freedom-loving Americans join in your demand to be free of oppression, and dictatorship.
Only yesterday, thousands of ordinary Iranian citizens took to the streets in protest — at immense risk to themselves and their families. Now, as images of yesterday’s protest and violence are streaming around the world, those willing to risk their lives for the freedom of their families and countrymen need and deserve our support.
To those Iranian freedom fighters who took to the streets yesterday, freedom loving Americans share your aspirations for freedom and self-determination.
We join millions of free peoples around the world in demanding that the dictators and military keep their hands off the people of Iran.
